The TRB400-2 is a drum conveyor blast machine used for cleaning and treating medium to heavy metal parts. The purpose of this machine is:
Removing rust, paint and other contaminants. Improving surface quality for further processing. Enhancing the structural properties of workpieces through shot peening. The machine has a drum with a maximum capacity of 400 litres and can process workpieces up to 30 kg. This makes the TRB400-2 ideal for companies looking for an efficient and automated solution for batch blasting.
The parts are placed in the rubber drum belt, after which the machine is closed and the blasting process starts. Two powerful 'Eeco' blast turbines throw the abrasive onto the rotating workpieces at high speed, ensuring uniform and effective cleaning. The spent abrasive is collected and cleaned and reused via an abrasive recycling system. An integrated dust filter removes dust and contaminants, ensuring a clean working environment.
Optionally, the machine can be equipped with a hydraulic loader, unloading system and frequency inverter for precise control of the blasting process. The robust construction and efficient recycling of blasting media ensure low maintenance costs and a long service life.
